A nice lot of three prewar pay receipts for J. M. LaBarte. Issued from the United States Navy Yard at New York, the receipts are for $49.80 (September 1, 1856), $39.80 (March 2, 1857), and $39.80 (March 1, 1858). They are in excellent condition with the largest measuring about 8 1/4” x 3”.
