A nice patriotic cover featuring a caricature of Jefferson Davis feeding South Carolina war bonds to a sow that is suckling the states of the Southern Confederacy. To the right, a dog with "U.S." on its collar attempts to keep the border states away. The caption under the scene reads, "THAT FEED WONT DO." The cover is unused and measures about 5 1/2” x 3”. There is some residue on the reverse from a provious album placement.
